Who says Eggo waffles have to be boring? This was my breakfast this morning - pecan-covered, maple syrup coated, buttery toasted waffles. If you’re looking for something quick to eat that errs on the side of gourmet, give these a try! Toast two Eggo waffles to your liking. Chop up one handful of pecans. Slather your waffles in butter after removing from the toaster. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top. Add as much maple syrup as your little heart desires. Within 10 minutes, you’ll have something delicious to sink your teeth into that will keep you going all morning long!  - k
